• DISCOUNTS Only one discount code can be used per order. If a code isn't working it's either invalid or is not valid during sales where discounts are automatically applied to products. Discounts that cannot be used during automatically applied discount sales can be used when there is not a sale active. You're code will remain good to use after the automated sale is over.
• PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
All orders take 1 to 3 business days to proccess. (WEEKENDS NOT INCLUDED) Sales/Holidays may add an extra day due to increase in sales. Once your order ships you'll recieve email confirmation. If your email address is incorrect you will not receive any notifications, also check your spam folder for our emails as sometimes they do go there. Once processed and shipped, Actual Shipping time is 3 to 5 days for USA. International Shipping is 7 to 30 days. If you haven't received or found a tracking number after 4 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday and Holidays) please let us know. During the holidays there may be DELAYS in shipping times that are out of our control.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If an item may be considered defective, please email us: email@example.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and Photos/Videos of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 14 days from the day of delivery. If the product is deemed defective by Cache’tRX you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Customers are responsible for any return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. If you have any issues with your order please contact us, we are happy to resolve the issue.
• LOST AND RETURNED PACKAGES If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for a extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. Cache’tRX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however we have ROUTE package protection that is automatically added to your cart at check out which protects orders against Theft, Damages from Transit and Lost Packages. If you unchecked this box off of your order we cannot help you with lost, stolen packages or items damaged from transit unfortunately since Insurance was declined, If you declined our Route Package Protection then you must contact the SHIPPING CARRIER you selected at Check out (USPS OR UPS AND THEY MAY HELP YOU). If you DO have ROUTE and experience any of these issues you need to file a claim with ROUTE directly. Also note, USPS may often mark packages as delivered early but will actually deliver the next business day.
